Before applying a terrazzo epoxy to your floor, you should ensure that you have done your best to vacuum the area completely. Also, make sure that you sweep any loose dirt away from the baseboards and upholstery. When you have done this, it is important to apply the sand or grout at least two weeks prior to the application of your terrazzo epoxy floor coating.

After you have spread the terrazzo epoxy over the floor and you have removed all dust and dirt from the surface by vacuuming, the next step is to start the process of applying the top coat, which can be achieved by using a brush, roller or sponge. This will make sure that you get the best coverage possible from your new epoxy flooring. The top coat should be applied with a brush, roller or sponge, and it will generally look a bit different on different types of floors.
